About

A data site collecting research-backed sources on strength training and supplements. We put hard data side by side with what people say, so you can judge the strength of the evidence yourself.

Why we built this

Information about training and supplements mixes claims of very different reliability — YouTubers, personal experience, and long-repeated gym lore. Meanwhile, the hard data in peer-reviewed studies is hard for non-experts to find. This site puts research (with sources) side by side with what people say on the ground, so you can judge the strength of the evidence yourself.

How we handle evidence

Each study is tagged with a study type (meta-analysis, RCT, etc.) and a confidence level. Confidence is an editorial judgment based on study quality, size and reproducibility — not an absolute rating. Always check the primary source.

About affiliate links

Supplement pages include affiliate links (PR) to Amazon, iHerb, Rakuten and others. We may earn revenue from purchases via these links, but what we feature is selected based on research.
